Children's Privacy

Child Safety Standards
Genspire has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Prohibited Content:
- Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
- Content that facilitates grooming or inappropriate contact with minors
Detection & Removal:
We use automated systems and human review to detect and immediately remove prohibited content. Violating accounts and devices are permanently banned.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns:
- Use the in-app Report button on any content or user profile
- Email our Child Safety Point of Contact immediately at: genspire.app@gmail.com
Law Enforcement Cooperation:
We report all instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations regarding child safety.
For immediate emergencies involving child safety, please contact your local authorities (e.g., 911) first, then report to us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
